Positive: The view was gorgeous, well equipped condo and so spacious. They got games for the kids, netflix and internet. The rooms were massive and they got humidifiers since the air tends to get really dry. Check in was smooth and overall it was cosy. Customer services was prompt and accommodating.
Negative: Its far from parking spot especially with kids, the condo is at the very end. Too many stairs in the property, it was tough for us because we had altitude sickness so the stairs didnt help. In the bunk room, the sheets needs upgrading, pillow cases in the bunk room were ripped and looked old and dirty. Also, in the drawer we also saw a witchcraft book which gave us negative vibes, a different book would’ve been better. We didn’t let our kids sleep in there. Too much remotes, it was confusing to use the tv even with the labeling, it wasnt working at all. For the price, its too expensive for the value.
